    I don't quite understand how they can proceed with the appropriate "market regulators" authority to proceed, isn't that their role in the marketplace..??

    Does anyone actually know the "ins n outs" of why/how fundamental conditions, particularly market authority to proceed can be waived..?? In AUSTRALIA, if ASIC OR FIRB deny approvals, the deals are abandoned..??

    Any insight appreciated...

    Either way, let's hope it's worth the inherent risk...
