To the best of my knowledge, the Indemnity relates to the 4M shares (AUD$7m) held by McMahon where Simonds Family provided a 'floor' price of $1.78. This would effectively mean that McMahon receives $7m (or $1.78 for his each of his 4m shares) and the rest of us get 40 cents!!
It doesn't appear that this Indemnity (or Floor price) has ever been disclosed to shareholders and certainly was not included in the Prospectus.
