    It seems as through a drying up of sellers could be a sign that a vast majority of investors are now waiting an outcome that is more reflective of a reasonable take over

    Why the takeover is not done outside of the laws it could lead to possible legal action by IPO holders if they can find reasonable grounds that the company/buyers had known for a long period of time that a take over was pending.

    It has been word on the street since Jan/feb this year that a privatization was on the cards by the family. With this information and a share price of 80c at the end of Jan I would be concerned that the company and related parties have not placed an offer in good faith to represent present and future value of the company.

    While they offered a premium on recent trading value (at the time) that is no reflection of the companies true value and I would highly doubt the take over will proceed with a price of 40c
