Interesting article today in the AFR;

Basically saying that Queensland's biggest builder, Impact Homes, has amassed a 4.9% stake in Simonds.
The list now looks something like this;
McDonald Homes
Simonds Family
Roche Family
Impact Homes
Regal Funds Management
Henry Morgan and
Renaissance Smaller Companies Fund
Oh yeah, also on the list but probably a bit further down, is myself and a few posters on HC!
