Wow this is a bad take! CA is only to save pride now? Like it’s the claimants’ fault that management looted the coffers! The CA was launched to recover the money taken from us. It was our money originally - not some esoteric concept. You can disagree all you like with the merits of the case but it was done to recover funds taken from shareholders and it’s neither the claimants fault that the money has been squandered / transferred to management through exorbitant salaries or that the wheels of the justice system move slower than a glacier. Also the CA is going after D&O insurance coverage. Even if GSW is broke that will potentially still be there
