    Court already given indication they are inclined to accept the move so some removal of regulatory risk there.

    ...We off to Canada? Better late than never. Looking forward to a fresh start for the company, cash becomes the most pressing issue now.

    If court approves on Thurs I hope the company begins using its LDA facility prior to the move.
