....mmm....still not sure why some people thinks NEO is going to change things.... so does anyone know what the insider rationale/strategy could be?
Reality check: 4 years on....
- they spent >$100M on compensation and bonus shares to themselves ....and the latest delivery revenue is still less than Bane & Joel's annual compensation packages....that is 4 years post IPO;
- not one update on any of the deals they have announced in 2017...4 years and counting;
- When was the last time they have updated shareholders about anything other than their 20 million bonus shares that they have issued themselves and that their intent to stab their own fellow Australian mates in the back by running away with their monies?
...so now you are saying that LDA will save them... how, if I may ask? They can only issue 10x volume last 15 trading days..... current 15 day rolling is ~ 100,000 shares....so ~1 million shares....at $0.40 cents or 10% since the last fundraising...$400K won't even pay the executive teams monthly salary at this stage... so US$45M of LDA funding is almost the whole market cap at this stage... so a pipedream based on the current narrative & realities and the terms under LDA.....so LDA funding is just there for optics if you ask me...otherwise the auditors would have issued a qualified financial report at 30th June due to going concern....
....fresh start...mmm....question is who will trust these guys ever again based on the last 4 years ASX stint? I know I wouldn't......they have taken $100M from investors via fraudulent misrepresentation...intent was to mislead or deceive....and money raised was used to pay themselves ~$2m/annum and to crystallise 20 million shares ..... well that is the only outcomes I can notice.
So why will NEO will make any difference? Maybe they will provide an update on the 2017 billion $ announcements ...or be allowed to tell gullible people again about the $150 billion potential again...who knows?
Only thing I know, about nobody knows about NEO, and the few that do....won't rush to buy any shares in a company with this management team after the track record these last 4 years on the ASX.
