We are not here for the short term @Charkitz. My only question if the scheme does not go through is: will the company bankrupt if the interest rates double? And while there is uncertainty the answer is most likely NO. It is amazing that US takeovers usually include 50-60% premiums and they often struggle to get shareholders agree to that and here we are battling to get a 30% premium. My counting: 6% from ACC + 5% from today's announcement = 11%. Most retail shareholders would vote NO too, but not sure how many are left still around.. this scheme took suspiciously long to be processed.
