Totally agree HB, What an absolute joke this offer price is and now the rhetoric to go with it, why does the WSA board want sell this for a song? well common sense doesn't answer the question so you would be forgiven for thinking what else do the board on the shareholder's behalf possibly achieve for recommending the takeover at an absolute lowball price.
Why is the Price still hanging around $3.50 even after twiggy did the deal. I can't see 75% of SH approving this deal. another month to go
