    PAN's MC is now about $600M
    so 20%= $120 M--------- a 'paper profit' of $100M for WSA

    Did the BOD value that at all when they agreed to a TO at only $3.36??
    If WSA sold that holding for only $100 m now then a dividend of ~$0.35 could be paid before the TO proceeds?
    Come on BODs- now is the time to extract more from IGO for YOUR shareholders !!!
