The PAID ‘independents’ have told the company paying them, that their dodgy deal is fair and reasonable and is AOK to screw the ordinary shareholder. Along with selling out a potential great Aussie asset to an overseas hedge fund so they can rape and pillage and make money for SOL Patts and their overseas investors, disgraceful and I am really surprised that SOL Patts are putting their name to such an unAustralian shitty takeover.

Lets hope the takeovers panel rejects this.
