Here's a dumb question.
If ACCC says that it doesn't intend to conduct a public review of the proposed acquisition, can we as shareholders request that they do? Can we raise concerns about valuations contained within the IER which form the basis of the offer?
BTW I've already voted No but think questions should be answered around the validity of the costing assumptions in the IER.
