BTW I've already voted No but think questions should be answered around the validity of the costing assumptions in the IER.

Not a dumb thing. It's not ACCC's thing, but it is ASIC's! If you have concerns that the booklet is prejudicial – keeping in mind that the booklet is supposed to present the facts and isn't supposed to be a sales pitch – you can certainly get onto them about it.
