I don't think the market can believe why the FIRB has taken this long to make a decision so the closer we get to 1st March, which is the extension the FIRB has requested, the more nervous the market will be as there is the implication that there is something that is concerning the FIRB. I think I remember reading about another miner that was under takeover by a Chilean company but the FIRB wouldn'y approve the takeover coz some other Chinese company owned a large stake in the Chilean acquirer.
