So what you’re suggesting is they already have approval from FIRB otherwise they would have already announced a postponement of the court date. If that is the case they should have announced it. People wouldn’t sell their shares at 53.5c if they knew there was a guaranteed 57c in a couple of weeks. GLTAHS
