Can we have a parlour game of guessing what will happen next?

Surely the Cabal will ask for a delay in the vote. It makes no sense to them to kill the scheme completely if they know a no vote is coming. I am not sure the sunset date (I think they have a couple months up their sleeve)

So, I predict this (if Westoz really are serious to vote no, currently)

1) Scheme will get delayed
2) The Cabal will decide to up the special dividend by 7 to 10 cents, franked
3) The delay will be enough for the franking to be usable by buyers

This will save face - and may get the scheme over the line. But really we are in Westoz's hands. (I dont mind that!)
