    As per this announcement: "any persons buying Mitula Group shares after today, Monday 22 October 2018 shouldbe aware that they will not be entitled to receive cash consideration for those shares under theScheme." So in your described scenario, only the 10,000 shares you had before the 22nd would be entitled to receive cash consideration.
