Voter by class will be important because the way this deal was constructed created a whole bunch of really small shareholders that will vote for the deal. ASIC will want to check that it isn’t just the directors and sub 20k holders voting for the deal bacuase if it is then it indicates a deal that is unfair to larger shareholders who don’t hold enough weight to get the deal theougj
