So assume WestOz have voted their 19.34m shares against and we have another 0.25m shares voted against to give the total of 19.59m votes against.

Still the bidder persists with their $1.01 offer, presumably in the hope that they will call WestOz's bluff and get them to change their vote.

Surely with 22.25% of all eligible leftover votes in the no camp, and given the usual lack of full participation in any shareholder vote, there is no chance of the scheme getting up unless WestOz change their vote. Assume there are still a few minorities out there still to lodge their no votes (given only 0.25m of other no votes) - if you haven't already, make sure you vote!

I object to the IBC using company money to engage Orient Capital to try and talk us into a deal. Surely this is a cost the the bidder should be picking up!
