    I still cant understand why mgt agreed to sell company and not considered a cornerstone investment.

    lets say we vote down the TO. What happens next? Going forward with same mgt? New? But who?

    very unusual to read an ann without a statement from TK. Unbeliavable. This company seems to be already delisted.
