The only realistically possible catalysts that could provoke a competing offer at this point are:
Somebody might launch an offer at around 20c/share IF they have $200 million sitting idle in the bank, AND the independent expert's opinion provides enough evidence to represent a first-cut due diligence exercise.
The quarterly report due out at the end of July is staggeringly good.
I don't see much of a likelihood of either happening.
