Today SP marched into .135 (hopefully line wiped at the beginning of new FY), something is happening behind the closed door for everyone’s plan B. BOD should realize the bulldog won’t turn into chiwawa, they cannot even persuade Pfizer to waive the condition, it will be unrealistic for them to sell Covid screen for 100m+ and royalties. When you completely kneel down to someone, you have given up all your dignity at negotiating table. To rescue the creditability left for SH, they should be working on algo improvements, pushing all other developments, preparing positive Ann which is necessary for after the vote.

Market will have split view about the No vote result, some thinking without Pfizer offer RAP cannot get through Covid trial thus the selling will take SP back to cents. Don’t forget that SP has been freozen for 3 month under the 11.5c manipulation. Covid screenings unrevealed potential has been validated and received 3m funding, to guarantee the next step and company progress, market want to rate us on development and potential. On what base investors not see potential without Pfizer? IMO high end of IER valuation will be achieved easily, we just need to vote down this drama first

Its a mistake to underestimate Pfizer. They didn’t get to be a multi billion dollar company by making mistakes. I’m sure they have plenty of irons in the fire to get exactly what they want. They have the funds, the experience, the seemingly bottomless pit of brain power.
All we can do is vote no and hope most shareholders do the same. This is a David and Goliath fight. Let’s hope we prevail.
