    Gday DHM

This is my first post since the proposed buyout was announced.
You know we have sat there year after year listening to Keating's reasons as why the Company RAP was on the cusp of greatness and why we should buy and continue to hold the stock. Listing to the excuses at the end of the quarter as to why things haven't worked out as were expected.

Its only over the last 2 quarters the Co is starting to commercialise and what happens a buyout at 11.5c That's ok but its Keating and the Boards support of this low offer that really got to me. Keating has always been a poor CEO he has proven that over the years with bad judgment and decision making we all know what they are. He showed that when he sold 10mill shares to an insto at 15c when the stock was trading at almost 20c who that day dumped the shares bringing the shares to there knees. This was to fund his 10mill shares that he got for free and will sell at 14.7c .We all had to pay for ours!!
I have sold out of RAP and am shaking my head in disbelief and would like to know what Keating and the Board has to say to shareholders that have paid 20c 30c 40c and even up to 50c that are getting a great deal at 14.7c Rather than trying to drive the Co forward to create value better letting SH take a bullshit price.

The question that should be asked why would anyone be invested a Co with a CEO that appears not to looking after SH interests. A lot of shareholders will get screwed over here. If the buyout doesn't proceed Keating needs to consider his roll in the CO IMO.

This is my last post on this RAP. Wishing you all the very best of luck with your investment here. Remember there a some excellent early stage Cos out there that do care about shareholders and are delivering.

    Ciao
