    Great work managing to obtain an unsolicited takeover offer at the bottom of a range from an independent expert.

    Yes, we are aware of the risk. There are risks in life. Especially with the failure to implement and deliver by the current board of directors.

    But there is an easier fix to that, instead of a takeover.
