I see lots of these comments regarding the "BOD selling us out, no confidence, 14c too cheap, TK and BL need to go".

The fact remains that without the BOD unanimously supporting this offer, Pfizers interest never becomes public and the share price is still at 6c with an immediate need for capital raising probably at a 10-20% dilution.
There's also been no comment made from TK or the board as to why we should accept this offer other than it represents a significant increase to the SP (pre offer). Which is toeing the company line.
