Not sure who management are so keen to sell. They certainly have not given a good reason to do so. But the company is traveling well with rapid growth continuing inn NA, plenty of cash in the bank the HypererCamera3 benefits about to take off and the patent case likely to me non material. So I am not sure why you say "A company facing imminent bankruptcy would be a better stock to hold than NEA". Have ThomaBravo offered you a job?
