Considering doing the same, this is terrifying. I still can’t believe there are so many people who are so delusional that they can’t see why this takeover NEEDS to happen. They have some magical fairyland fantasy that everything will be perfect and NEA will sail off into the sunset issue free. This is not the case, the prospects are so bad that management are literally down ramping themselves. If that isn’t a sell signal I don’t know what is. When I say there are better opportunities to reinvest capital; I literally mean every publicly traded asset that doesn’t have the ticker “NEA” is a better opportunity. A company facing imminent bankruptcy would be a better stock to hold than NEA.

This’ll be a penny stock by Christmas if the takeover doesn’t go through.
