Hi coto, we few at GSR waged a bluff campaign to vote against the merger. The ultimatum to the directors was to not vest those unearned Mt Thirsty performance rights (33,235,000 rights) and we will reverse our votes from Against to For. We realised the directors were not going to give in early but the bluff shock them because they mustered up from somewhere likely from allied nominee holders an unprecedented number of votes in fact half of all shares on the registry. The registry has about 1.35 billion shares and 0.7 billion were voted. The last AGM votes they mustered about 0.34 billion to vote for the Renumeration report and lost. This time around we got the directors very worried even your own directors were worried (fact).
