Ann: Schemes of Arrangement Update, page-2

Just to keep everyone up to date with this entire process.

This announcement/update on 10th January 2025 basically confirms that the timeline stays the same and that the recent raise of funds by the Hong Kong entity, does not require any edits or postponing of the scheme - This announcement alone is enough to maintain communication and current state of affairs.

Next up - 31st of January (only 10 days away) POS shareholders vote on the merger.

Following this:

"If POS securityholders approve the Schemes at the Scheme Meetings, and subject to all conditions to the Schemes having been satisfied or waived (other than Court approval at the next Court hearing) POS will apply to the Court for approval of the Schemes at the next hearing scheduled to occur at 9:45am (AWST) on 7 February 2025.

If the Court approves the Schemes, POS proposes to lodge the orders of the Court with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission on 7 February 2025, with the Schemes becoming legally effective on that date."

Thankfully, not long to go now until this entire process is finalised! IMO, this is the main reason why the share price is in such a sad state of affairs! My personal view: I have a feeling that the share price is getting deliberately capped and manipulated in these record aud gold conditions. Mainly to keep POS holders believing that the merger was completed at a good price by a company with a low market cap and it is not getting taken advantage of by a company with a higher market cap who could afford to raise the merger terms. Therefore they would be more likely to vote Yes. Additionally, if rival companies/peers saw the HRZ share price take off, they may be more aligned to lodge a counter bid. If HRZ stays negative and at a low share price they will be less motivated to take the risk, thinking the market would not find it positive.
