JID I agree that there is an issue with this continual dilution but the way I see it is if Scholz have done their homework of CMA and are prepared to pay a decent premium despite CMA's poor performance over recent tiems then there must be good prospects of long term success.

    At the same time one cannot blame you for moving on, cant say I've enjoyed the rollercoaster to date!
