    re: Ann: Scholz Invests Further $48,990,000 i... Have a look at Scholz website they have other large shareholdings but not control in numerous companies and appear to be happy with a JV approach rather than total takeover,share the reward as well as the responsibilty seems to work for them.

    They are well placed to take Meretec to a new level imo
