Same here. I've taken this one as a good lesson on what not to invest in.
I'm not sure whether all shareholders are willing to cut their losses when it comes time to vote.
The Co has been promising cashflow positive for ages and it does seem like it's getting there, albeit very slowly. No exponential growth in sight, but at least it is edging up. TES must see value and a future in SLC to pay the premium and still expect further return on their investment.
It would be nice to think that the independent valuer will say that 48c is too low, but given the premium on current SP, it's highly unlikely.
