That explains the absence of buyers in the last week or so. AMU sp is now firmly bound to the assets sales process. This is worrying for several resons.
... Management have reiterated that this is not a distressed sale/that they will reject low ball offers - making it obvious offers have been low.
... It is the nature of the bidding process that offers will begin low - a rejection will devastate the sp.
... With no significant exploration now that Schwing is dead, there is no upside on the horizon - the company might be holding their nerve but investors will run at the first oppurtunity.
