Based on my understanding, EGL's PFAS business is more suited to treating biosolids. This is the main differentiator.
Also, EGL has only one plant delivered so far. It just got EPA clearance so they will now be able to take on more clients.
I think EGL is the better run company (even considering recent hiccup).
