Its about time for some news to entice people to take up the offer. It is an unusual situation for SDV.
Myself think the sell down has been orchestrated. Interesting to see what happens once offer closes. 18 million just been invested in the company and those taking up that will be looking for answers if we fall lower.
Especially when we were 90c prior to capital raising announcements.
Dilution is not that much so something not adding up.
