I have to say that is a worry for me too. I read an article on Bloomberg this morning that stated that there were only 3 shale oil producers in the US that could break even with WTI trading at US$31. The article mentioned that there was another 100 operaters that it would not be feasible to drill new wells at last night’s prices. I still think SDV is a very good investment in the long run but markets being what they are I think prices will be volatile over the next 3 months or so.
