There is a massive mentality gap between overseas businesses and businesses in Australia
Overseas companies see the benefit and invest for the future....and don't take 2 years to do it
Australian companies are paralysed by doing things '' the way they've always been done'', are petrified to take a chance on something new and do not see embrace the concept of investing now to reap rewards in the future. Every decision also takes years to make as it goes through 500 decision making processes so that each person can escape responsibility for the decision
It's why we are 30 years behind the rest of the Western world in these areas
