With an acquisition like this, I think it's more to do with the owners of Prosol coming on board to the Scidev team. Awesome news for the bigger picture. These guys have built up a nice little company in their own right, have what seem to be a good amount of connects in the same space and are now part of the SDV team. I actually think that's the best part of this announcement.
