Hi Pete,
18 of 46 (40%) is to validate the results of the initial Phase 2 with 15 dogs where 6 had either Regression or Stable Disease compared to 9 with Progressive Disease (40%). These results were from using escalating doses of MPL only.
Subsequent to the clinical trial 8 dogs were monitored with combination of MPL and Prednisolone. Median Survival time + 5 months with 2 dogs still alive.
Hopefully we can improve on these numbers and make an even more compelling case for commercialisation.
