    understandably folks there is strong comp for scraps at this absurdly low price point as observed the overwhelming majority (8o%) of the very light volume is above 38.5 over the last 4 days of trading.

    Capping is trying to encourage lower selling but failing.

    Santa is certainly weighing in here.
