I know there are quite a few income stream opportunities present for MEB without the need for FDA approval. If you are right that a program with VA does not require FDA, then income flow will come swift and fast once it gets going. And having seen Jack in action since he took over the helm, I am very confident of it. And don't forget the recent big profile signing, Phelps. It is all falling into place now.
