Thanks for the feedback and i do value your points and take them on board, i guess in time it will tell.

my eye twitched, lol, when i read that scorpion management will be taking the lead in the project on behalf of Fex.

i'll run that what you suggested by halving the numbers and see what comes up, i have already bought in over a week ago, both me and the wife.

For the next MRD, you should check out AKO, they are doing great things from what i have read and they are operating in Madagaskar, that was where i was headed too if i was to invest of Aus shores.
with Covid going around i decided to keep my money here at home for now.

I dont own any AKO, but happy to let you know about them, make sure you do your DD though as i stopped looking into them.
