Sorry, missed your comment. Look no one says to "screw the neighbour" and certainly i have not said or believe in that as you stated in your comment. i believe commercial negotiations should be first and foremost best interest of shareholder of FEX.

Second thing, in my opinion and as per SCN C4 they don't have cash and FEX could always pay them $1m cash instead of 4m shares which gives them ownership in the company upfront with voting & dividend rights without finding anything of material value to FEX holders. why share dividend of current fex tenement with SCN?

SCN like any other company would like to take advantage of anything significant comes out of their tenement and there is nothing wrong in it but the agreement should be based on fact that they get interest in company ownership (FEX) only if certain grade is identified at certain strip ratio and should be vested at a milestone like feasibility of profitable mine etc etc... IMO.... this is very simple and not a rocket science to have it like this.

All those highlighted word in your screenshot are very common and nothing new or exciting as none of the contract would use antonym of the word used in above .. lol.

Any contract with silent clause creates dispute which i am sure you would have studied in your engineering and it is never a good idea to have such provision in my opinion as far as practically possible.. IMO.
