The binding offtake is still on track and on the table until at least Sept.
This is as I expected, I now expect that a new deal will be worked out and put to SHs in due course. My main concern is around the balance sheet - an announcement on where funds are coming from (and I assume the board have a viable plan already) will be required pretty damn quickly to avoid further erosion of the SP.
