Corporates are not silly and no one would ever pay 12c with a current sp of 4c.
They continue to negotiate as expected and if a cr is needed why wouldn't SK be part of that equation to take up the full raising as part of a deal around 4-5c or whatever.
A raising is usually discounted but for a key player to buy a large amount without pushing up price then close to the current price or a slight premium is a discount in itself.I have no idea how this will play out but it would be madness for sk to not need to secure this supply but such deals are very complicated.I would expect this deal to secure 100% of the offtake be closed sooner or later but there are many factors involved and to be negotiated.
