Any new SK deal needs to provide enough funds to order long lead items and provide enough operational funds to see AUZ through to finance and to get the build process moving and it needs to do this for a max. of 19.9% of the company... unless some other funding source like NAIF is imminent.
Remember SK have a timeline they need to meet too so they keep their customers happy...
