i would like to see at least a funding MOU announced prior to Easter - they would have had a solid indication of the offtake probably a month prior to the announcement and presumably would have been including that in any finance discussions prior to the actual offtake announcement.

Any discussions would probably have stopped the 3rd week of December for Christmas and not recommenced until the 3rd week of January give or take.

Any funding will be a syndicate probably with tiered lenders and an equity component so it will be complex to get participants commited and the deal structured given the $ required.

i would not be surprised if the actual funding goes down to the wire but a MOU would be good for supporting the SP and more particularly long suffering shareholders.
