No doubt it has been. But I haven't seen evidence of exploiting smart capital raising options or smart infrastructure development options that were non dilutive, until this piece of news came out. I see so many ridiculous things being funded through government programs to the tune of many millions, which could have been exploited by BB. But he didn't. Instead we have that stupid a@ss notes issue a few weeks back that sent us off the cliff, and should have been followed by a Board spill. But that's over now and we need to move on.
