Eagle. Nice to see another accountant in the mix. You will well know the difference between Year End (i.e., financial statements date) and the release date of those year end accounts - there is a 3 month intervening period. Going concern is an altogether different concept from year end accounts. Going concern is the ability to keep operating. Material post balance date events is another matter again. Perhaps you could explain these.

I don't think anyone believes there will be no dilution . What BB has said is he dislikes dilution and seeks to avoid it where possible. It would be great if we could fund the project entirely without issuing shares, but I doubt that's terribly likely... I think the NAIF funding is a lot to do with minimising dilution. If there are shares issued - I think BB will be looking to do this at a substantially higher SP - again to minimise dilution.
