Could you kindly explain how consolidation is devaluation ... EG ... MC is $ 100 ... 10000 Shares at $0.01 .... NOW ... MC $100 ... Consolidation of 1/10 ... Share # is now 1000 ... MC is STILL $100 ... therefor SP is now $0.10 ... no change to your Portfolio bottom line ... only change would be in your number of Shares ... simples ... yes
